Torque figures for re-assembly of 4M41 engine?

Entabeni: 2006 Gen3 Pajero 3.2 DiD LWB GLS Auto
Having bought new pistons, rings, gaskets, etc I have started to reassemble the engine. I am not sure how much I cam trust the torques given in my Haynes manual. Here are some examples for the 4M41 engine:
Big-end cap bolts: 50 Nm and 90 degrees
Fuel Injector to Cylinderhead bolts: 21 Nm
Cylinderhead's 2 small bolts (at front end):57 Nm (when?)
Cylinderhead's 18 large stretch-bolts,lightly oiled:
Tighten in increments and correct sequence to 100 Nm.
Then loosen in reverse sequence to zero.
Then tighten in increments and sequence to 50Nm.
Then 90 degrees more (in one step?)
Then another 90 degrees more (in one step?)
Is it possible to download or buy an electronic Mits manual for the 4M41 vehicle?
Thanks guys, Entabeni.
