Dear Pajero Owners,

As per last year, we will be hosting a group of learners and educators from a local school, Reygersdal Primary School - Atlantis, to a trip to a Dune trip on Mandela day 18th July 2014 & we would invite you to come enjoy the 4x4 fun. We will be entertaining 30 Grade 4 learners & a few teachers from
Reygersdal Primary School - Atlantis, by driving them around Atlantis Dunes in convoys.

Please could you assist us with this event by providing experienced drivers/4x4's to drive the kids around. We estimate that we would need in the region of 30 vehicles.

This will give you an opportunity to enjoy the dunes and see the work that ADORE does to help the local community.

The event is partnered by the Biodiversity & Bulk Water Departments who will also be in attendance.

The Event

Date: Friday 18th July 2014
Time: 08:00 - 14:00
Venue: Atlantis Dunes - Gate 1

Format & Activities:

• Once the kids arrive by bus, they will be presented with a welcome pack, consisting of healthy snacks & drinks (Including Drivers).
• The Biodiversity Dept will then conduct an Environmental
  Educational presentation to all the kids.
• After a safety brief has been conducted, the kids will be
  allocated as passengers to vehicles.
• They will be driven in convoys to enjoy what Atlantis has to
  offer.
• Sand boarding may also be included as an activity.

How can you Participate?

Drivers who wish to participate should email kelsall.neil@gmail.com or alex@apocalypse.co.za ASAP, indicating the names of your drivers that will assist, as well as vehicle make & registration numbers. This is to allow sufficient time for me to arrange driver permit waivers.

Careful Roelf, these CT guys just say that so that more people can join them to share their miserable winter weather - on Friday they were sandbagging their driveways and packing for the hills!

Rather sunny people in miserable weather, than miserable people in sunny weather
