2005 Pajero 3.2 DiD - Oil Choice

Hey All
I'm new to the Diesel world and not sure which oil is the better option. The service station that did the last oil change use.
Castrol GTX Diesel 15w40
The motor has 266k on the clock and had some major work done recently. new rings etc.
only my petrol cars I stick to liqui Molly.
Whats the best oil I could use for the Pajero?
