Gen 3 DiD Auto fuel injector pump timing settings please

I have had to have my fuel injector pump sent for testing and probable overhaul.
Does anyone have the workshop manual page that gives the timing settings for installation? Notes have been taken but it would be really good to have something official. Any other information on installation would be appreciated.
