Hi Guys

My 2005 model Gen 3 V6 wouldn't start yesterday morning. Eventually after many checks managed to get her to start luckily without actually knowingly having changed anything.

On the test drive thereafter I had similar symptoms to when a MAF sensor on one of my previous vehicles wasn't working correctly.

Those were hard starting form cold, dropping to very low revs when stopping and erratic and low idling.

Took the MAF out and all looked clean. Decided to get some cleaner and do that anyway.

Before I had the chance to complete that task I found a small pipe had come loose in the engine bay (see attached pic).

Can any of you Pajero boffins tell me what function that pipe performs?

Would appreciate it!
