Gaskets and bearings

OK, so I ended up stripping the whole engine(3.5dohc) after a few minor issues I picked up under the top cover(read, i don't think the previous owner ever changed oil).
I need a gasket set(i was advised to get head gaskets from the steelers)
The sub assembly looks good(wasn't smoking) but would feel better if I do bigend and mains and although the rings seems flaw, maybe change them while it's open.
Anybody with pointers or advice please share.
