Engine, Stabilty and Traction lights come on

I have a strange fault.
My old trusted Paj is giving me a weird issue
When Idling and a a standstill, my engine light comes on, then goes off, then come on with the two other lights mentioned. Then they stay on for a while and the all go off again.
This seems to be 80% quicker when I use my airconditioner.
The car runs fine, breaks fine, I cannot detect any other issues.
2003 DID LWB.
Agents in Kuilsriver suggested I check the battery, I did that. Auto electrician recons it's the booster pump without having opened and testing anything.
Ligts acting strange
Any advice from anyone?

Did they check the error codes? The strange warning lights is sometimes merely there to draw attention to error codes.

I have almost the same problem. The traction and stability lights come on when i brake, and goes off when i release the brakes.
Anyone knows what the problem might be?

Hi Bigwill
The error codes was the first thing I went for to check. It seems like the engine light does not stay on long enough to log an error code. So my last check, there was no codes logged. That is part of the problem.

That sound suspiciously like a pressure issue from the booster section. It could also be worth your while to make sure and check that all the ABS cables are connected properly and that the wires are in good nick. It could also be a fluid issue, just double check the levels of your brake fluid.

Thanx for your input. This problem started right after i replaced my front and back brakepads.

So I got my problem sorted! yay
Lew Henn at Mitsubishi Kuilsrivier, was very helpful.
The Fuel throttle assembly was the problem. Mitsu quoted on having the unit replaced at about R6k, however, the actual fault was that the c-clip that opened the valve that have failed. Mitsu does not supply them so the whole unit needs to be replaced. So a little bit of copper wire and solder later. problem solved. Home made c-clip! Had to do it at my own "risk"
