Good evening Gentlemen.
PLEASE!!! HEEEEEEELLLLLLP!!!!
My gen 3 Paj 3.5 petrol engine was recently in for a complete rebuilt.
When I took collection of the car I drove it around town for 2 days. One very cold morning the car start to misfire when I increase the rpm.

I informed the mechanic about the situation.
A few days later the mechanic sent 1 of his assistants to collect the vehicle because I was at sea on a working voyage.

I arrived back from my trip the car was parked back in my drive way. I called the mechanic to find out what the problem was.
The mechanic explained that he found a leak on the EGR valve and blocked it off. All should be fine now and I should test drive the vehicle.
The following morning i start the vehicle to go to work. Again a very cold morning. I drove for about 500 meters the car start to miss fire and the engine shuts down. I restart the car and drove of slowly, again the car miss fire and engine shut off itself.
I start the car again and drove off slower then before. I maintain the very slow revs until the engine was at operating temp.
After that the car operate like a new should perform.
The problem is. When the engine is still cold it miss fires. But during the day when hot the car performs trouble free until the following cold morning.
I told the mechanic that my vehicle is still giving me issues.
He gave me another booking for the 28th of July to check where the source of the problem might be.
But I am not happy with this guessing. Because I paid him in full so expect an engine performing in full.
I'd anyone have any idea what the problem might be. Please advise as I am really loosing my faith in the gen 3
Thanking you
Regards.
