Try Motor Truck and Bakkie Used Spares in Kraaifontein for a second hand one.
Their tel # 021-9881101 or 082 366 8098.
I bought complete throttle body and other items from them for my 1996 3.0l V6.
Have you tested your TPS to see if it is working as per specifications?
The test should be less complicated than the my older model with a 4 pin TPS.
Sometimes a bit of cleaning with Elecroclean/ LectroKleen or similar and readjusting the TPS whilst taking readings with a multimeter may solve the problem. it worked for me.
