Winch Plate

I just bought a 2013 3.2 DiD swb Pajero to tow my Jurgens Xplorer off road caravan to Botswana in August this year.
I traded my 200 Land Cruiser in on this car and sincerely hope I did not made a mistake.
My wife drives a 2003 swb diesel and I am very impressed with the lack of turbo lag and the quick throttle response.
I am having air helpers fitted next week and Arnold Venter is doing a map upgrade on Thursday.
I want to fit a winch but do not want a replacement bumper, i.o.w the winch must be behind the oem bumper. Where can I buy a winch plate?
Also, what gen is this? 4 or 5?
