Good day

I have recently experienced that the rear wheels feels much hotter when I stop at home

My only explanation for this, is that the brakes are actually binding, and not releasing all the time

I do hear at times, especially if changing from reverse to drive, that there is a sound (almost like air leaking out of a bottle), for about two seconds, when the vehicle starts moving. As yet I could not pin-point this to any particular wheel, but I expect it is the disk turning against the brake pads, before they release properly

Your advise will be greatly appreciated, if there is some sort of systematic procedure that I can follow, to maybe lubricate some parts, but which parts?

I do travel on dirt roads, but hardly any mud, and have never been stuck for that matter

Is it possible that the calipers could get dirty, and spraying them with "brake-cleaner" sprays might solve this? Or should I stay away from such sprays?

Could it maybe be the inner handbrake drum and parts that might become dirty?

Likely the caliper cylinder seals that deteriorated and allowed crap to the seals.

Only fix is to strip the entire caliper, buff the cylinder the walls and pistons and reassembled with new seals all round.
