injector and throttle body replacement 1999 model

I'm looking for a replacement injector and throttle body for my 1999 Pajero LWB 3.5 A/T petrol model V45W.
i'm looking for aftermarket part or second-hand part as Mitsubishi no longer makes these parts (well you can't get them in South Africa from Mitsubishi anyway).
Does anyone know where to find parts for older Pajeros and who will ship around the country?
