2015 Pajero SWB, 3.2 Di-Dc GLS SWB A/T millage advice?

Hi fellow Pajero Owners, I need some insight and advice?
I have always wanted to own a SWB pajero and finally have an opportunity to buy a secondhand one. Please can someone give me some advice insight. The millage is 240k, one owner and full service history. The km is very high for me for a normal car, but I from what I can see online, many secondhand SWB diesel car have 250> km’s on the clocl.
My questions/concerns:
1. Is this high for the year model (240k, 2015 model)?
2. How many kms can these cars go for before breaking or before they need major repairs?
3. At what km should I start looking at replacing parts and which parts?
4. What can I do going forward to take proper preventative care?
5. Any good preventative mechanic in cape town recommendations?
Details for the car:
Year: 2015
KM: 240 000
Full service history
Minimal 4x4 usage
Excellent condition
No accidents
