Transmission oil problem?

Help please...
My 2015 LWB Pajero DiD A/T went in for its 200,000 km service recently.
Since then I have the problem that, when pausing (say at the gate) then driving forward the car just revs as if in neutral and won't move. Further revving will engage the gearbox with a solid thump, and it will move again.
Could this be that the wrong transmission oil has been used ?
The service invoice shows the following: Make: Mitsubish Part item: MZ320101 Description: ATF SP3 (FOR EXPORT) 5L
