Not today actually but yesterday. My tupperware has always been loose and not very neat up to the stage where I have seriously considered removing it completely. (You will find my thread on this).
On the Damon trail the one panel came off completely and I have been driving around with this "gap"on my rear door for quite some time now. Well during the past week I sat down and replaced the rubbers that is between the panel and the metal. The slots where the plastic clips that holds it on has been damaged to a state where it was not usable and I driiled holes though the plastic at the same spot and used 40mm peel rivets and just "stuck"them to the car properly.
Repainted them with the same Durabak I used the last time to cover the rivets and I must say the result is very acceptable.
Fitted Geolander G012's all round. Went for 275/65/17 as I could not get them in 265/70/17.
So far I have only driven on tar and find them a bit softer than the Pirellis, but it is too early to tell. They seem fine in the wet, though.

The new cam belt is in. The old belt shows tiny little cracks when you "open" it a little. The old tensioner has a small leak and wasn't performing perfectly anymore. The Tech and I spent some quality time under the car and all seems fine. The new plugs and oil should go in tomorrow and hopefully the V6 will be like new when she is fired up later.

Gernie Blackbeard of the academy is a real pro, and made it a day of fun.
