What model / year is your Pajero? 2004 SWB DiD GLS
How much mileage had your Pajero done? 270 000
Is it the original motor? Yes, as bought new in 2004
Any major work? Thunk noise when braking. Front bushes replaced. Otherwise only regular 7500km service. Traveled Africa south of equator 2006 to 2012 with rooftop tent to visit most parks, rivers, lakes (not on the main roads), otherwise touring with caravan locally in RSA. Hope to do another 270 000 (or more!). Only replaced shocks at 100 000km warranty maintenance. Present shocks done 170 000 km. Still OK but what make shock (etc.) should I replace it with? Please advise.
