Hi all Pajero fans,
I am still looking for a 265x60R18 mag as a 2nd spare wheel. Can somebody please point me in the right direction?

Please keep in mind that it doesn't have to be the 18" rim. The 265/65×17 and 265/70×16 both have the same diameter as your requirement. The PCD on the Pajero is a pretty standard 6×139.7, so you can shop around with other makes as well. You obviously need to test fit the rim first just to make sure all is well.
I really don't know if the current Pajeros can take a 16" rim, but a 16" tyre is so much cheaper than the 18" you can actually buy a 16" a rim and tyre from a place like TWT for less than a 18" tyre alone.
