Hi Johan,
Not yet as i have not been back to Mitsibushi. I also could not download your picture. Could you re-send. Waar bly jy en wat is jou tel/sel nr.
Early update after visit at Mitsu's last Tuesday:
It was the first time the car was serviced without me present. Strange feeling. Almost like leaving a family member at the OR
Error codes that had been erased:
- engine 43 TCL
- ABS 35/66/71
- Cruise: ECI 23
valves are set, upper chain guide has been replaced as well as the chain tensioner.
Also an injection relearn procedure has been done.
Please do not ask why the tensioner has been replaced. I do not know.
Results so far: Idle much, much quiter, drive smoother and sort of pinging noise at acceleration is (almost) completely gone. (I read somewhere a noise like some crickets in a pocket is normal ?). Definitely more punch, ha !
And hesitations: I did not do enough km so far to confirm the disparation of it. I'm afraid it is not completely gone. To be followed.
The chain guide had not suffer a lot, fortunately.
Unfortunately, he did not give the old one. I phoned and he will keep it for me.
Will take a picture when I have it.
Fingers crossed for the hesitations, but already much happier now.
TX again all members that tried to help me and helped me indeed !! I hope my post may help others.
Cheers !

Final update:
All is good that ends good: I have my Old Paj back. She drives like before. OUF !
As a closure of this I sent a picture of the upper chain guide I just had from my mechanic.
As you can see, fortunately it has not been used that much.
TX again to all of you that helped me or at least tried to !
