from what I can see the suspension is just about identical.
The gen4 has more body insulation for noise reduction but mechanically they are just about the same - maybe with the exception of spring rates.
The numbers are PNC (Part name Code) numbers. The actual part numbers may vary based on year models, recalls and redesigns.
hence, if the PNC number is the same the actual part number may vary but it may be interchangeable (for instance a harder/softer suspension bush with the same physical dimensions)

Unfortunately not. I'm also keen on those dimensions for some spacers.
