Some news to report!

So I swapped the complete strut assemblies around.

The knocking sound also moved to the passenger side. So now I can confirm that it is in fact a problem with the specific strut assembly or shock.

Since the problem appeared immediately after I changed the shocks, should I be contacting Gabriel now?

Another report... Since my post in October the noise almost completely dissapeared. Then I hit a pothole last week and after that it came back in full force! It sounds like something is going to fall off when driving over uneven surfaces.
On Wednesday I had the Pajero at Mitspro for the big 270k service and asked Freek to look at the noise for me. His diagnosis was that all the suspension components are in order and that it could only be the shock.

I will now contact the dealer who did the fitment and Control Instuments. I will report back on the aftersales service I receive under warranty!
