I have a vibration on my 2800 turbo diesel 1997 model which seems to be coming from the gearbox as Ihave had the propshafts balanced and it keeps vibrating.Is there a bush in the transferbox as in the main gearbox tailpiece where the propshaft enters the gearbox?I have replaced the tailpiece after a similar vibration issue and the vibration was gone.I suspect the bush in the transfercase because the oilseal also does not last long before it starts leaking again.Has anybody had a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to fix this vibration ?I live in Groblertsdal.

I have a 99 SWB model and had the same issue. Mine was after the clutch broke...
Had to recon the gearbox, the total cost was in the region of R12000. The people that did it for my was Propshaft and Transmission World in Midrand (+27 (0)11 805 4806). The guy that helped me was Frank.
