Greetings Pajero owners,

I have fixed the crazy temp gauge by soldering the R10 resistor.

Now the problem is that it seems that the engine is always in low temp.

Now the normal temperature is as shown below:



Is the above pic the normal temperature that should it be displayed?

That looks a bit low. Was the thermostat not maybe removed previously due to fear of overheating because of the faulty temp guage?

Otherwise I suppose it could be that the resistor that you used to fix the problem is not the correct specification? Just thinking out loud here. I have no experience of this personally.
