Spark plugs

Hi after doing round trip from Capetown to Joburg my Gen 3 got all cobwebs out. It returned 6,988 km per lt for the 3000 km trip. Not too bad didn't miss a beat. However it's due spark plug replacement just now. Having looked at old threads it's not a simple task having to remove throttle body. Plate in engine says iridium plugs various threads says IFR6J-11. Fitted BKR6E-11 the original ones were 3 pronged NGK BK5ETUA. Which dont appear here in SA. Anyone using iridium plugs. Mines a Shogun 3.5 2002 LWB any comments thoughts.
