I'm available either 28 November or 5 Dec. Only going for a 4-5 day trip from the 15/16 December (Leeuwensboschfontein ??- +-200km from CT).Camping, fishing, 4x4 course, mtn bike tournament, braai & relax ....what else could one ask for

Simon, If its ok with you, we have a few vhicles already (4 or 5) that are keen on Klein Helderberg, and I would like to
for the mean time start finalizing (at least for those of us that are showing interest and the NEED to G2G for a braai (bring your own chop & 4x4)

So far I say were looking at Klein Helderberg as follows:

If I may suggest, Sunday 5th December, this gives us more time to rally the troops.
Guys, please advise if you would want to do the 4x4 trail (Two Oceans 4x4 Route) as well.
Hopefully well have 10 -15 vehicles there by then,
If anybody can give me an indication that we can go ahead with this, I'll speak to Klein Helderberg re getting a discount on the trail, as currently its R150 per vehicle.

Venue: Klein Helderberg Plaas (http://www.helderbergplaas.co.za) S34.01.57.3 E18.50.01.3 - GPS CO-ORDINATES
Date: 5th December (Sunday)
Time: 09h30 Sharp (4x4 Route) Braai 13h00 onwards
The Route is 1 - 2 hours, but adding an extra 1.5 hours as it gives us 'play time'
(although, these are not hard and fast, I have no idea how long these can last, but I would say starting time
is a must.

So Far we have the following: (Please also let me know what recovery equipment you have/can provide, and what communication equipment you have / can provide.

Mcnoogle (incl 4x4 Route) - Winch, snatchblock, D-shackles, Tow rope, also have a compressor.

Yeah I will do the route as well.

Have all the requisites... I have 29Meg and two VHF handhelds, but we need a minimum of 3 radios on the same frequency.
