Great system. Could you use meranti wood for the frame?
Or do you just want to sell me your system?

Simon, this reply is looooong overdue, sincerest apologies.
What I did was to fasten an angle aluminium onto the bottom of the board on which the fridge mounts. Then I fitted the slides on the outside of the angle alu and onto the frame of the drawer system, these slides see to the sliding of the fridge.
I then mounted a set of furnlocks on the inside of the angle alu, I had a piece of alu sheet and had that bent to spec, this I then fastened to the inside slider and Voila. In the pic, the angle aluminium is black, so you need to look careful to see it between the 2 x sliders.

What carpeting did you use?

I used what is called Bootmat, got it from Ahmed's Motor Trimmers in Marabastad in Pretoria.
