No - you are not...
The as built version has:
2 reverse lights (left and right) and on the right side the rear fog light in the upper lights - that's it....

Went to two scrapyards today and no luck. Only hae 3 Gen 2's on the yard and their light fittings are different. Any suggestion where to look next? Not sure if the stealers will sell them. Midas also do not stock the fittings.
What is the small "dust covers" for next to each light fitting?

I live in Cairo and have a 3.8 LWB 2005 Pajero here. In Cairo the bumper lights are blocked off and only the "real" lights are operative. If you wish I can look for a second hand set for you or a new set and bring them back when I next come to Cape Town. I have already got a set for my 2004 3.2 DiD LWB in Cape Town.
If you are thinking this route I can get some prices for you. I got my set "free-ish" ... if you get my point.
Cheers
Nic

I got a set, left and right, from Speedgrand auto parts yesterday, cost R1400 for both, that include all the reflectors , bulbs and wiring.
Have a bit of a problem on the connector, as these tail lights are for the Taiwanese model. But there is nothing that a side cutter and insulation tape can't fix!
I just have to cut and fit the connectors from the old tail lights.

It's been a long time, but SpeedGrand actually still have record of your purchase.
I just got the same lights. I also have to change the plugs. Do you still remember how the wiring works?
