Nismo,

Pls se http://www.mikemsuspensions.co.za or http://www.stofpad4x4.co.za, for front spacers, rear prob polyurethane same as 80 series at around 20USD as the cheapest online.

Will be finalising prob 2nd week in Jan so it can be a lot easier to order and install.

Cheers and post some pics from de wildt.

David,

Jy is welkom, enige tyd.

Groete, Cloyd.

Hi Cloyd

Re: Need Spacers on Gen3 Pajero
Hi Guys,

Hope you all had a great feastive season! :D

Like I said before in David's thread - I'm in for a group buy if you guys can find someone to manufacture the spacers for the Gen 3 at an affordable price!

My running boards are not in the best shape anymore!
At least I got a bit of lift with the 265/75/16 tyres I've put on now, but you can never have enough!

Enjoy!
Re: Need Spacers on Gen3 Pajero
Cloyd, how did you remove the "cup" in the reat where the coil sits in?

4ePikanini said that it is welded to the body but I've seen that yours does have the spacer in.

Re: Need Spacers on Gen3 Pajero
just to make it clear. The big cup that houses the entire coil has ring inside it welded to it that centers the spring.

The bolt in the middle is a subframe bolt that needs to be removed (along with other bolts) for the entire spring housing to separate from the monocoque.
Re: Need Spacers on Gen3 Pajero
So it is possible to remove the whole coil housing to install a spacer?

Yes - If you remove the whole subframe that the entire suspension and rear diff bolts to so you can drop it enough to add spacers but I believe you will then need 4 spacers for the rear subframe.

But by doing so you gain only ground clearance on the body and not the diff.
