I also bolted on hooks with shorter 8mm bolts, It also fits perfectly in the groove. I use them as anchor points or fasten points, so technically I pull all the tightening force down on the Load Bars(which are very strong) and not on the RR. the RR is a bit narrower than the load bars, so there are space for the anchor points.

Looks very cool, I am going to tinker a bit more and see what I can do. Like the hooks and the lights. Nice Idea!

Hey guys
Roofrack still in perfect condition after going through Bots with 3 Jerry cans, canvas tent, water can, chairs and table on top. Did 700km 4X4 and a lot more tar. No worries, but the paint job is another matter
