Thanks for the advise, will check the site manual, although it is confusing on which manual is right for my car. 2000CK Gen 3 with 6G74 motor.
Will do the physical checks tommorrow morning. I have in the mean time found some play on the Steering rack ends, the part between the Steering rack and the Tie-rod ends.(inside the Consertina dusk covers) Phoned MMC - they are R547 each ex VAT.
