I agree with Willie. I've changed my driving style and it is much better now. I can feel and hear the diffrence when my wife drives the car as she is not used to it and has not adjusted to it. Big diffrence.
I also repalced my diff oil with Redline 75W140 and must say the noise is the same when it eventaully ocurs but with the new oil it takes longer to start (mine is worse the hotter the oil gets)

Stangely enough my oil seal on the right-hand side is also leaking. Maybe I must replace it with a left-hand seal as they seems better
