That soft clink clink on reverse is dry splines. Not fatal but irritating especially in parking garages where the sound is amplified. They can be cleaned with wire brush and lubricated apparently with some dry powder lubricant. Mine went away after I requested dealers to investigate. They said they sorted it by swapping left and right shafts. Not sure if this is really what they did but sound never returned.
