Report back on the 2 problems
The fibre propshaft was at last replaced by the dealer (R8000 later for them)and the vibration is gone. It took nearly 6 months since the sale in December 2009, many e-mails and frustration, but the victory is mine.
The dust problem was also resolved. The lower vent rubber flap stuck to the top one. Remove the main tail lights to get to them.Advisable to clean them once in a while as they get sticky.
