Let's try and poll the concept of who wants to sleep where: in town or bushcamp on the mountain.
OK, hadn't thought of the braai logistics. Don't really want some slightly inebriated PJ drivers trundling back to camp through the bush and getting you a bad rep.
A possible solution would be to have braai on Fri night & everybody stays in town and then Sat night to have choice of camp out? But that might be difficult for some people to arrive from distant places for the braai.
Maybe a poll could be the starting point.
