I fitted a freeflow box at De Graaff for R540.
Being a shorty, it was the rear box as the centre box is already a freeflow. Nice deep sound and I will be testing it this week as I will be going to the NCape.

Finished my Torque Converter lock up override switch today. Was a bit nerve wrecking as detailed info is not to be found online on the specifics of the mod. I spent hours poring over wiring diagrams and manuals to learn, study and construct my own loom to get it right.
Got it right with the first test. Must say it's now weird to feel the engine's straight power and the rather funny gear ratio gaps between the gears.
Works like a charm.
DIY to follow if anyone's interested.

First off. Wow! Well done! Technically it sounds very interesting to do that.
But I have to ask, Why?

[thumbnail]C:DocumentsPicturesPajeroIMG_8984PK.JPG[/thumbnail]
My roofrack is versterk met 'n 3e stel voete
[img]C:DocumentsPicturesPajeroIMG_8995PK.JPG[/img]
Die plek gaan my toelaat om 'n vals vloer bo=oor dit te sit wat op dieslefde hoogte as my bagasierak gaan wees, Dit gaan my vloersasie baie uitbrei.

Some time back we went from this:

- Rims before
to this:

- Rims after:
I also fixed the bolts on the front bash-plate, one bolt had a rounded head - used a Metrinch socket to remove it, another one was a smaller bolt hammered into the nut-hole - I removed this one and re-threaded (tap) the welded nut, replaced all bolts and washers, now the bash-plate is sturdy and rattle free again.
Next I have to finish the drawer system at the back.
