Sorry for the very late reply. Basically, I did a body lift my Pajero. I fitted a 30mm spacer above the front shock mounts and the same between the rear suspension subframe and the "chassis". The front spacers were machined, and new holes tapped into it. The rears cut out of a solid piece of steel. New and longer bolts were needed at the back with castle nuts to ensure that they would not become undone - no suitable nylocks of that size were available. These were plated to ensure that they wiill not rust. They have been in for quite a while (Namib and Kgalagadi trips) without any problem.

Could you add some details around the spacers please interested in cost and any challenges you may have expereinced around this. Also interested in a little more height and air bags for the rear. What difference did the airbags make to the ride quality, considering going this route too.

Cloyd - Just to be sure I understand... with your lift at the rear, I assume the rear diff is at the standard height then?
