The brake light are out of stock as I bought them

.
They dont seem to work that well in the top lights without a reflector. In the bottom lights I have different globes due to the different bumper and lights. David if you are keen you can get them from me and give them a try.
I replaced the number plate lights with the T10 with the 5 small led and they seem to work well. The globe sits at an angle to the numbeplate, so I don't know know if the T10 with the 1 single BIG led to the front only will work.
I will rather replace the rear top brake globes with the powerfull 1 big led type than the 5small led version
Are you ordering soon David? Maybe we can order together and maybe save some courier costs.

CATS,
Thats cool, sounds like a plan to share costs on the shipping, I will be ordering a few more to get the final configuration, so just to confirm this is what I have as my final globe specs list that I have got:
Parking Globe x 2

- LED2.gif (8.51 KiB) Viewed 1624 times
Left and right side door x 2

- LED1.gif (9.13 KiB) Viewed 1624 times
Rear boot Light x 1

- LED1.gif (9.13 KiB) Viewed 1624 times
Middle Brake Light x 3

- LED2.gif (8.51 KiB) Viewed 1624 times
Brake Light x 2

- Brake Light.gif (10.08 KiB) Viewed 1624 times
Number Plate Light x 2

- LED3.gif (8.69 KiB) Viewed 1624 times
That should be my final setup (for now)
CATS I will PM you what I am planning to order, going to try a few household LED globes as well while at it, want to start getting away from Eskom over time bit by bit.
Cheers
David

OK
Some feedback. Davidvan, thanks for the sharing of transport cost.
I ordered the globes to replace all the interior roof lights with LED globes from 4x4direct as mentioned earlier in this post. I also got some lights for the rear brakes and the number plate, as well as the front park lights.
The lighting inside is GREAT for the rear roof light and SUPER GREAT for the side rear doors. The front center lights is however a little bit dissapointing as it gives out less light than the original although it is a 'cleaner' whiter colour. I have added some foil to assist in reflecting the globe a bit more and this did help, but is still not up to the intensity that the original globes are. I am however still able to see well enough and the map light part of it is sufficient. I have thus kept them in as they also match the other globes in light colour and would look odd if left with the old 'yellow' globes.
The rear number plate looks realy good and well worth the effort.
The rear brakelights on top, third set in the middle, does not have the same light intensity as the normal globes and so I changed back to the normal globes.
The other rear brakelights globes did not fit my customized setup but I would imagine that they also have less light than the normal globes so I would not advise anyone at this stage to do this conversion with the globes refered to earlier in this post.
The front park lights look and work GREAT, so definately worth it too.
Thats is my feedback on this exercise.

CATS,
You are 100% correct, the brake lights (Centre door brake light and bumper brake lights) did not plan out as well as expected, I am happy with the other lights so far. So in essence leave the brake lights out if you are considering changing to LED at least for now, the intensity is not as bright as the standard globes.
I am happy with the parking lights, 3 front lights, side doors lights

, and rear boot and number plate lights on LED.
Thanks for the beer CATS, was good catching up.
Cheers
David

Funny, but the brake light led's I got from Andy Faber works a treat and are highly effective
