Hello David - the local cold got into me on Friday. Will check how things look on Sunday morning... If i'm strong enough to get past swambo then I might still make it. Will let you know.

Just wanted to know if the trail wil be kiddy friendly? Our babysitter cant make it for tomorrow and I was wondering if I should bring my boy along or leave him and swambo at home.

Kids and swambo are definately welcome and sure they will enjoy the route. However SWAMBO and my little one won't be joining today as they had other plans arranged. So they are definately welcome to join and will make it a fun day along the way.
