NB. Achille will NOT be buying permits for anyone who has not paid him the amount BEFORE the time.

I'm busy discussing with Achille,
The problem lies as such, the lady who does the permits, can only issue permits the week of their use.
This is so that she knows who is using the dunes for that week.
i.e. If someone is shooting a movie, and decide to buy their permits on Monday, we could get there on Tuesday, and be told we cant buy permits for the week-end, as the Dunes is already booked.
Thus, the BEST option would be for Achille to get there as early as possible on Monday, to buy permits, as were looking at about 12 vehicles now. (space for 1 more)

Don't the day permits also require reg numbers for 4x4's, or is it just applicable for the yearly permit?

Just spoke to Chantelle at the Cape Town office, and she confirmed, for Day Permits
you need R105.00 and vehicle registration number.
Achille, my reg nr is CFM56761

I thought that was the case. Fortunately I have a yearly permit, but for all of those members having permits bought for them, PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE REG NUMBERS WITH PAYMENTS.

The correct address for the Atlantis Dune Offroad booking permits is, floor 8 , 38 Wale St (cnr Long & Wale st ) - the building that has an elephant head on the granite frontage.
The extremely helpful ladies' name is : Chantelle - 021 4872485. Amount = R105.00 per vehicle. Friday will be TOOOO late to book........there is a government function that day.
