ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION!!!!!

Okay so we need to start making some serious plans now for 5 December 2015 - CONFIRMED

We have a total of 8 confirmed.
1. IanH
2. Jaco Nel
3. Francois Du Plessis
4. offroad
5. ssg
6. pgp
7. wtpmf
8. Heelpadgrondpad

John and I will fly to CT on Friday evening or early Sat morning and do the fix over a Saturday, leaving Sunday. Each fix takes about 60min so it will take the whole day, or quicker if we can get into a rhythm. We need the following:

1. Someone to put their hand up and nominate a suitable place for the get together. We need electricity and cover in case of rain. This person will be required to assist with the arrangements for the day for the CT people.
2. A Place to stay – we were thinking of a B&B somewhere close to the place where we do the fix.
3. A lift to and from the airport please.
4. We will request a deposit of R500 per person, please pm me for banking details. Deposits to be paid before 6 Nov so that we can get our flights booked and paid for.
5. Cost per Car: R1200 (flights are more than R2000 each  ).
So who is willing to host us for the day? Thanks in advance guys.

PS - please pm me your cellphone numbers so that I can start a Whatsapp group to make arrangements offline.

Hi Guys

If we dont have a venue yet, i am trying to talk my brother into making his Freight warehouse available to us in Montague Gardens - this is close to milnerton, sunset beach, blouberg.

I am waiting for a response from him - logistically he is checking if he needs to keep someone there to close up once we done.

Lets see what he comes back with.
Once we have the venue - then the B& B can be booked to be close.

Regards
Willem

I wish there was room for more brackets in my dash, would have been nice to meet the Cape boys (sans Currie cup and all).
