Danie, you must be a very handy guy. To not even phone me once during the install shows you have a gift ;D. Hope it makes a massive difference. Time to make more brackets.....

Did my 4th Cape Town dash fix the week before last out in Stellenbosch, this time on a Gen4 fitted with an aftermarket Android big screen unit. A very impressive bit of kit. You can even monitor plenty engine parameters on it.
You were right though Kurt, what a lot of wires! I just did what you suggested and let it hang rather than disconnect (actually let it rest on a rubber car mat placed over the gear lever, owners idea.). It worked and all went well.
Still have one set of brackets in stock, with more already on the way to me.

Well done Ian, 5 sets are in transit. They should be with you in a day or two. Keep up the good work [THUMBS UP SIGN]

your's is a Gen3 so it doesn't need the fix and it can't get it because the design of the dash is different.
PS - We don't repair a rattle, we stop the whole dash from shaking on gravel roads (on the Gen4 only), that's the purpose of the bracket installation. Sorry we can't help.
