Ha... well that explains it then.
Better leave it to the real professionals.
Oh... and by some miracle the head light washers worked again after the surgery.

Okay, offroad has pulled out as he drives a Gen3 and the dash shaking problem is not evident on the older shape. So we now have two spots open if anyone wants to take them, or invite a friend who may want the brackets installed. Remember that this fix won't solve every rattle found in the cabin but it will most certainly stop the dash from moving up and down on bad roads making the car a pleasant one to drive.
