Gen 2 brake Booster not working

Can someone assiste please?
My 1996 LWB Gen 2 brakes are not the same anymore, it seems like the booster is not working at all as you have to stand on the brakes to brake sufficiently. My SWB only need a toutch with the toe to brake though?
How can I test the system and where do I start looking for the problem?
