I struggled to decide if I should replace my 4.0L Hilux Auto D/C 4x4 with the same, a Prado, a Fortuner or a Pajero. Well eventually I settled for a demo Pajero 140kW new spec GLX LWB. I had my first trip to Moz, 12 hours trip time (1050km) and enjoyed it thoroughly. Avg speed in Moz side was 115km/h and I got around 8.8 km/l. It moved up to 9km/l in SA (120km/h avg moving time). So in short, I was not tired, and enjoyed the 140 kW and 441NM Torque, also excellent 4x4 abilities.
