I have a question regarding the rocker cover gasket, after all is said and done, and your putting everything together again, do one use a sealant on the rocker cover gasket? or do one need to replace the gasket also?

The cover gasket is a rubber gasket and dont need to be replaced if still in good condition. This is realy a easy job to do I had done mine last weekend and also adjust the valve clearance while the cover was off.

i was surpriced to read of the blanking of the EGR pipe .What is the pros and cons?
im bussy rebulding my 4M41
I metted the middle two pistons (still dont know why)
So i whant to get another 200000km out of it
