STEERING WOBBLE

Hi Guys (and girls)
Since last week i experience an intermittent wobble in the steering when driving between 40 and 60 and i hit even a small bump in the road. It lasts for a few meters and then goes away again. At high speed there is no problem. When it does this the front end feels "loose"
Vehicle is a 3.5 Gen 2 LWB.
The wheel alignment and balancing checks out ok, and i have had the balljoints and steering checked, pittman and idler arm replaced recently and wheel balancing ok. Shocks is Monroe heavy duty, look and feel ok, wheels are mags with 31x10.5x15 tyres.
Any advise?
