Hi gents

This may be a silly question! Ever wondered how one could trick/re-wire the tiptronic lights to give an indication of which gear is engaged even if the 'box is in DRIVE (not tiptronic mode)??? I have 2006 Gen 3.

If anyone has done this or knows how to do it, please let me know. I'm sometimes curious to know which gear the gearbox ECU has selected in a certai situations.

That is a fair question.

You should be able to instinctively tell which gear, eventually. If I really can't figure out which gear, I flick the lever to the manual side for a quick view.
