I have a globe that has recently blown and have a long time now decided to replace ALL globes with LED. I have found a supplier but they need to know which globes I require before they can ship to me.

Is there a place/website/list where I can find the type/specification of all the globes in a Gen3 Pajero without having to unscrew all the light fittings and writing down the specs myself?

led globes will make your indicators go faster (like when there is a blown globe) due to the smaller current being drawn.

Because of this there will be no warning of a non working indicator - albeit led globes last longer - or a break in wiring.

Christo. Speak to Piet at 4x4direct (old Hilux Club). His prices are good but you will still require the globe specs. I have just replaced all my interior lights and will be doing the same with all the others soon

I have done all my interior globes and parking lights with LED (very happy) and what a big difference, I can actually see inside now at night, at last.

Let me know if you need any details. I couldn't find for the door lights (the red ones at the bottom of the door) so if you find for the small globes, please let me know too. Piet Petoors from 4x4 direct is great to deal with, quick and effecient.

Any specific reason why you have not done the brake lights as well? I was thinking of doing that plus the indicators(as I understand you get specific LED for indicator) as well on mine.

I really wanted to get more light on the inside before adding Lumeno strips everywhere, so didn't have a real reason for doing brake lights or indicators, at least not yet. If you find some that will work, can you please send as well, now you have got me wanting to do that too

Have you done the indicators and brake lights and do you know which ones to use form the list here? I havent' checked these bulbs on my Paj yet so have no idea...

I have done the brake lights, which are double "filament" and the normal double contact fitting. I like these because they are red led's and give a sharper light output. I fitted the small spade (wedge) type, with 5 led's, on the front park lights. Works a treat. I also did the numberplate lights, which are spade type as well.
I have yet to do the indicators, though....

Has anybody been able to remove the red door lights and replace the globes with LED's?
