Gen4 side steps removal

Just wondering how difficult it is to remove the side steps, and whether there is anything I should keep in mind when loosening and fastening the bolts, etc. ??
Nope
They are easy peesy to remove. 3 Bolts a side( or is that 4?) and you are done IIRC
