I don't know about that, but it would most probably have to be a Y60 (1992 to 1997) or Y61 (1998 to present) Patrol. I can measure any parameters for you on the coils on my Y61 Patrol that you might need. By the way, the Y60 and Y61 Patrols have almost identical chassis and suspensions.

I found some info for you:

(By the way, the Aussies call the Y60 Patrol a "GQ" and the Y61 a "GU".)
It seems that you can bargain on around a 3" to 4" lift

with the Y61 rear coils in the back of a Gen 2 Paj and around 2" lift with the Y60 coils. The Patrol coils seem to be of a similar outside diameter to the Gen 2 ones, but are wound out of heavier gauge steel and are also a little longer.
In SA the Y61 is a lot more common than the Y60, but there are still a couple of Y60s around and many (especially those belonging to the guys on
http://www.patrol4x4.co.za) have been lifted, so there should be some coils sitting around SA garages
