1997 Pajero 3.5 LWB front tow bar & winch

I've just obtained the above, it's a very comfy wagon indeed. I use it to tow and launch my boat. I have an Isuzu Frontier with an aftermarket front bumper toe bar and winch, but my Son has 'borrowed' it and he's in Durban and I'm in JHB.
What I want to do is fit a front towbar and install a small 2500lb winch for pulling the boat in. The boat weighs about 600kgs.
I don't really want to fit an aftermarket front bumper. Is it possible to mount a small whinch behind the front bumper onto the chasis along with a front tow hitch.
Any suggestions
